Cold food at South Coast mall Ocean Basket

We went to Ocean Basket South Coast Mall About a week ago, They were quite busy, our usual table was open and we sat down, the waiter came to us, asking if we wanted to order our usual meal. We said yes and she left. We waited a long time, after seeing people, that came in after us, received their meals, we called the waiter to inquire. They brought our food and said sorry they forgot. Well THE FOOD WAS COLD. We looked for the waiter but no one in sight, we ate the cold food and only after we were finished someone aappeared, we complained and told them that would be the last time we visit their store. The manager came and appologised, and said it would not happen again, but made no effort to rectify the matter. We told hime that it is not acceptable. The time before this we had our meal and it was not up to standard, we did not complain and woved to stay away. This time it is final this store is the worst.
