Cold food

Poor service,waited very long my food,when my food arrived,the food was cold and the chips was old and dark brown,I then mentioned to the waiter for that my food is cold,he went to heat it but no knowing he put it in a type of a microwave,when the food got back,it tasted like plastic,I then called the manager,he just gave me more chips but also brown,the food tasted horrible and the staff wasn't worried about my food,I pay for that and they taking things for granted,I will never go to ocean basket and I will definitely inform people about this branch.
