Clean up your act or close your doors!

The experience at Ocean Basket in Malvern Park - I was disgusted from the time we got attended to by customer liaison at the entrance, to the waiter , to the kitchen. At some point even the drinks we ordered took 25 mins from the kitchen staff,,,,I did offer to go assist with no charge that is how disappointed and annoyed my family and I was.
