CHILD FELL FROM BALCONY - RAILS MISSING- OCEAN BASKET HARTENBOS

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>On Sunday 23 April 2017 we did have lunch at Ocean Basket Hartenbos. As per the waiter offer us to sit on the deck outside. I didnt notice rails was missing from the middle side . i let my child that is 2 years get off because all the rails is on by the corner we were sitting.</p> <p> </p> <p>My child of 2 years fell from the balcony estimated 1.5m to 2m. i run and notice the rails is missing. i call for the manager to ask where is the signs that this is missing or anything my child did fall and crying. The Manager on duty didnt offer any help. she said she will phone a other manager but just say she on the way. I ask them for assistance for my child to be check out they refuse. i manage to go myself and leave my number but didnt reply to me still today. The manager on duty say did have report it several times by management but they dont fix it. How can management leave a place so dangerous</p> <p> </p> <p>i have run medical expenses and must still do a brain scan. My family meal and holiday were spoil so we can return and sort it out. Ocean Basket Hartenbos have no remorse where my child is concern. The place is very dangerous because i could have lost my child. its very unsafe.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sit with medical expenses and need to go for legal route where the unnessary expenses run and still dont know is my child okay.</p>
