Chewy Calamari and tasteless fish

I never truly understood the meaning of "as chewy as a tyre" until I had your calamari yesterday! I couldn't even get my fork to poke through it :( It tasted as if the fish was also not seasoned at all. At the prices you guys charge nowadays one would expect a perfect meal. Four hundred and twenty bucks is not exactly cheap for a platter for 2.

Really disappointed!
