Chefs wants take priority

The service was terrible. Now, I am not being unreasonable seeing that I also work in retail and that it is school holidays, etc... However, I am the customer and when I come purchase a meal and you tell me it will be done in 15 minutes and I come back in 20 minutes I expect my food to be ready not told that the chef doesn’t like doing take-aways and that I have to wait another 7 minutes for you to make a plan to get my food in a take-away after it was standing on the counter open for quite sometime and then you expect me to be content because you did me a favor?!

I was not impressed and won’t be coming back.
