Cheating at ocean basket

On the 21 April, I visited Ocean Basket Bedford Village for supper. We are regulars and every Sunday evening we are there and as always are greeted very nicely by staff. We ordered Kingklip, but received hake or another fish. I called the waiter (Alpheus Dlamini) to bring it under his attention. He confirmed that it didn't looked like Kingklip. He could do nothing. I then requested the manager to my table. She (lost her name), schrugged her shoulders and said this is Kingklip. I showed her the bones found and still she made off as why are we complaining. She then rep**** this is how they receive the Kingklip from Headoffice and she will report the matter. No feelings at all for this error and her attitude made us feel unwelcome. The waiter later came back, apologized and said can I bring you a plate of real Kingklip which he did. I'm so disgusted that we paid for Kingklip but received hake. That our complaint were not addressed., not at the restaurant and not a word from Headoffice. The manager made us feel like fools. This is Kingklip she said. I'm very disappointed and would like an apology . It is unexceptionable to pay for Kingklip and receive a cheaper fish.
