Cape Town international airport Ocean Basket

The ocean basket at Cape Town international airport seems severely under supp****. I tried to order two starters, being halloumi and zucchini, and a cream soda, and was told they did not have zucchini nor cream soda. There was no serving of mini rolls before the one starter arrived either. When asking about the rolls, the wait staff said this was not served with starters which is contrary to every single other Ocean Basket I’ve eaten at. Who is lying here? The restaurant also had a bad smell. Very disgraceful for a restaurant at one of our airports.
