Calamari from new supplier is terrible

I love Calamari and regularly go to my local Ocean Basket at the Mall @ Carnival. On Friday night I ordered my favourite dish, but this time the Calamari was tough and tasteless. I called \Peri"the owner who knows my family as we are regulars. He sat down and explained that he has had numerous complaints as the Head Office has sourced a new type/quality of Calamari from a different supplier .<br> Not only do you have upset customers that are unwilling to go back for food that is not enjoyable"
