Black people not allowed to complain WOW

I went to mall of the south to enjoy sea food only to enjoy a manager that was violet and waiter that went missing like salmon in the water i don't even know the name of the waiter or the manager but what i was told is to keep my mouth shut while the other manager stood by and watched. I was told black people I not allowed to complain I must just pay and go WOW
