Birthday envelope was left on table and taken

Hello Peter <br> Last week was my birthday, my mom took me to dinner to celebrate. I was given a envelop from my mom which was a present from my gran. I left the envelope under my menu by mistake and walked out.by the time I got home we tried calling them but no answer. The next day I went there and spoke to the manger sifiso who was of no help. The waiter claims there was no envelope on the table and when I asked to look for it he said all the ******* was gone and he claims he might have thrown it away which is hard to believe. It's disguising to see people be dishonest and to take R300 that was a gift I wouldn't recommend ocean basket in village view. As an envelope with my name on it n money in it doesn't just disappear
