Bad/Terrible/Poor Service from Ocean Basket Pretoria North

Very very poor/bad/terrible client service received from Ocean Basket Pretoria North tonight. Manager assisted me through the phone for an take away that I ordered by him. He assisted me nicely through the phone. After we discussed my order he told me, my order wil take approximately 20 to 30 minutes. I came there to collect 40 min later to receive my order. I asked for the Manager. The Manager came and I asked him where is my take away. He told me I must wait a few minute more. So I told him okay. Me and my son with my husband went in the kids area. After 20 minutes my order was still not ready. He never came to and explained why my order is so late. I decided to walk out because I was so highly upset and angry for the terrible service from him. After another 20 minutes he phoned and told me my order is ready. Then at that time I was really ****ed off. So I told him how I felt. If I produce bad service to our clients at work, my Boss will immediately fire me. So ja. Ocean Basket must do something about their client service. They were not even busy tonight!!!!. YOU are going to lose you CLIENTS.
