Bad taste ever experience

I want to know why do you serve damaged food to a customer that is prepared to pay full price? To me it is disreptful and disgust. I mean customers visit restuarants for their food. Why bother coming back to such taste?<br> <br> To ocean basket keywest. U killed my trust in you. Bye bye<br>
