Bad staff manners

My wife and I decided to go to Ocean Basket before going to watch a movie. We walked through the door and stood around waiting for any of the staff to greet us, and show us to a table. We decide to seat ourselves, only to be asked to move to another table. Then we had to wait another 10 minutes before a waitress to come near our table. We had to ask our waitress if we could order our drinks, only to wait longer than normal. I could even see our drinks waiting on the collection area, but our waitress took so long. She then brought our drinks, and as she walked away, I had to get her attention to place our order for a meals. After waiting, another waiter brought my wife's meal, and I went on to wait longer for my food to arrive, which was sushi, and was actually quite poorly made. (not up to par with the previous times we have ordered sushi at this specific branch before. All in all, the evening was quite unpleasant. The staff do not seem friendly at all.
