Bad service with reluctant manager

<p>On 21/08/2016, after dinner we ordered dessert. What we saw on the dessert menu and what we received was completely different. The “chocolate lava cake” we received was dry and did not have the dripping chocolate sauce we saw on the menu, instead we received what looked like a dry ****in. When we complained about it to the waitress he escalated to the manager named Gibson who was not willing to understand our complaint and was reluctant to help. He did not even apologize to us. He offered to make us the dessert again but he returned with the very same dessert which now had a cheap looking chocolate sauce drizzled over it and the ice cream had melted by then. He did not even attempt to make it presentable. 4 of us walked out of the restaurant being unhappy customers and the Gibson still did not apologize.</p>
