Bad Service - Waiting

My partner and I visited the Canal Walk branch on Saturday evening at approx. 8pm, at 8h20pm we had not ordered our meal. We sat for a while before before our waitress came to us, yet didn't take our order as some other table had an issue. We waited and waited and waited. Another waiter then came and took our drinks order, this too took forever to reach us. The waitress could see me getting a bit uncomfortable and THEN wanted to take our order. At this time we decided to leave where we went to CTFM and received EXCELLENT service from the get go! Will never visit OB CW ever again.
