Bad Service! Useless manager!

Ive always been a loyal customer of Ocean Basket Mall @ Carnival. Its been my personal best. However today was the worst experience and ive lost respect.. Menus were oily, staff banging dishes loudly,no cutlery on the table. I ordered a coriander bomb sushi but there was no coriander in it! And i found a bone! So i complained to the waitress.. No apology.. Speaks to the manager Richard and he took 10min to come to me. Saying that they had no coriander, no apology.. Trying to blame it on the waitress.. !! I paid for my drinks and walked out... Coming from a management background this was pathetic attitude from him. This place needs a new manager asap!
