Bad service, unnecessary waiting drinking on duty.

My partner and I are regular customers at this specific Ocean Basket. We have noticed increasingly bad service over the last few months, specifically when ordering takeaways at the counter.<br> <br> Yesterday, Sunday 10/01/2015 at 16:12pm I placed an order with a lady by the name of Sonia Dube (as stated on my receipt). I placed the order and patiently sat at a table outside facing the takeaway and drinks counter. About 25min later the same lady put two takeaway boxes on the counter and casually walked away. She came back and packed her handbag. She came around the counter where 2 waiters were standing, serving themselves Fanta orange. The bar lady then handed her a 1L box of Robertson Rose. The lady took a few sips and then the other waiters also took a few sips having a lovely leisurely chat. <br> At this point I wanted to take a picture but she suddenly \noticed"that I was still waiting on my order after she and the other waiters have looked at me so many times and not ONCE asked If they can help me and what I was waiting for. She pretended to rush over with the boxes that was on the counter"
