Bad service, poor management, etc.

We were at Ocean Basket at the new Grove mall. We experienced very poor service. The manager was not even bothered to check up on the tables. I asked to speak to the manager for food not arriving in time. We then ordered main course. 1 and a half hour later our food still did not arrive. I again asked for the manager. He was not at the restaurant, but hanging out at News Cafe next door. We were then told that there were no prawns etc. We then refused to continue waiting and cancelled our order, paid and left. Just before we left, we then noticed loud drunk customers from News Cafe that started vomiting all over. The bouncers just stood and watched and failed to escort the people out. The drunk people started walking out vomiting and being abusive to bystanders. After complaining to the bouncers, they failed to respond. I feel that Ocean basket are being put to shame as well as News Cafe. Two well known restaurants that should not be next to each other, as News Cafe was playing loud black music and attracting mostly black people. Don't get me wrong, I am not ****** at all, but both places are being badly managed and causing to attract the wrong crowd. We will not return soon...
