Bad service ocean basket ( summerstrand)

A family of 4 came to ocean basket in port Elizabeth ( summerstrand). One of the kids doesn't eat any sea food and we asked if they will accommodate us by us ordering something else from a nearby restaurant for her. The owner refused without a thought. Not very friendly and no sense of customer service at all. Thank you to east London ( Vincent park) ocean basket. You certainly know how to treat your customers
