Bad Service&O Basket does not reply on complaint

We got seated and asked for the wine list. When we decided on a bottle the waitress there, Charity Sithole, told us the cheapest wine is not always the best (nothing to do with her what my wine choice is), she suggested another bottle, which I declined. When the wine arrived she brought her choice and not the one we chose. I sent her back. We then ordered our food. After 5 minutes she asked us if we were going to be more than 30 minutes because the table is reserved for other people. (Why do you give us a table if you know it is reserved in less than an hour?) After QUICKLY finishing our food, I asked for the bill. When we received the bill both wine bottles were on the bill, I asked her to remove it and also asked for the card machine. After filling in the tip she asked me if I could give it to her in cash, because you already deduct 10% of bill? I told her I don't carry cash with me. (I was never in my life asked for that.) After swiping my card the SMS came through, it showed that she never added the tip. ( I don't know if she wanted the cash out of me again after I told her I don't have ),because she told me she forgot to add it??? And I am definitely not going to swipe again.
