Bad Service - Long wait for food

<p>Myself and my family went to Ocean Basket in N1 city on Tuesday evening. When we arrived at the door, nobody offered to show us a seat. We walked in and found ourselves a table. We waited very long for a waiter to eventually take our drinks order. We ordered 3 milkshakes and it took almost 20minutes to arrive. We then ordered our food which also took very long to come. We hardly saw our waiter at the table. We needed water during the course of the meal and we had to ask 3 different waiters, including the manager for water. Our waiter eventually came with the water after a long time. We then requested the bill. I asked for card machine. The waiter never came to our table again with the card machine. After a long wait, myself and my family got up and went to the front to pay as our waiter never returned to accept payment. I couldnt wait to get out of ocean basket as the service was rediculous. I am a ***** of ocean basket. Out of all the places in the mall I chose to have supper at ocean basket but the experience there was really a put off. Its really sad that you receive such bad service when you look forward to enjoying a meal. Im almost 9 months pregnant and craved ocean basket for days therefore I came, but I have to express how disappointed I was.</p>
