Bad service

I have always liked the restuarant in Eastgate, me and my family we like the food and we go there occassionally until the last time I was there, I had such a bad service, we waited for food for almost an hour, no starters were served to us, people who came long after we were there were served food before, our waiter disappeared, we literally had to look for him to order drinks while we wait for food, waiters and waitresses cover for each othee there ecause when we were leaving the place, we were complaining and we just wanted to pay for the drinks and leave, another waitress ran to look for and told that people he was serving are leaving, he came running to us begging us to stay, really spoiled my evening.
