Bad service

my friend and I visited the Ocean Basket by Rosebank mall on Sunday afternoon. The manager seated got us a seat but we waited for more than 15 minutes for a menu or to be served by anyone. finally i waved at the manager for menus and someone came to help.

the waiter was very absent and took long to serve us. after eating the plates set on our table for a good 30 minutes,

i asked for the manager and told him about the bad service we got. He than stated that he saw everything and he was sorry. i asked well is you saw everything why didnt you do anything about it . he told me that all he can do is apologies as he cannot do anything else.
