Bad Service / Calamari Tubes offish

Visited Ocean Basket South Gate Mall and ordered their special Valentines meal (Love at first bite) I was told their grilled fish was out of stock and asked if they can swap for any additions they couldn't instead asked to add an extra fee..... My order came through their calamari tubes was offish and asked to see their manager, he refused to come through..... BAD Service Bad service
