Bad service

We had a meal at Ocean basket blue route mall. My husband glass was chipped he had to request another and was just give a rinsed not even cooled glass , no crushed garlic or chilli served, no ice offered with drinks, half of meal was cold. Waitress didn't care. We were offered our meal for free once we spoke to the manager but we pay our way but no tip given. We were told the Waitress was already on a final written warning. Service was shocking
