Bad service bad food

I am so disgusted in the service and reponse from Ocean Basket Emporers palacve till this day i have received no reponse

Mysself and my family visited Ocean Basket Emperors palace on the 13/01/2020, and i was very dissapointed and quit franlyt dicsgusted in the srvice and food we received, upon arrival we wer seated got the menus waiter didnt even ask us if we ready to order or if we need a minute we had to call him to take our orders we than recived our orders efore we even received our drinks i dont know if they served us pre made food the prawns tased burned the fish was dry as hell we even had ro request extra suace, the rice was dry and hard, the food was so salty i even got hard burn we sent back ee called the manager to complain she than bsaid that they trying out a new type of fish why this was not disclosed to us in the beggining i dont know she than gave us a new batch of prawns and fish, this time it was the same batch of burned prawns with more salt, i will be taking this matter to hello peter i mean it was my mums birthday and we had the most horrible experiance ever i want my money refunded they had no kiddies menu either , and on top of that my daughter got sick when we got home

IM REALLY DISGUSTED IN THE WAY THIS IS HANDLED TILL THIS DAY A MONTH LATER THERE IS NU REPLY OR REPONSE FROM OCEAN BASKET EMPERORS PALACE, I WILL MAKE SURE THAT THIS MATTER WILL GET ATTENTION,
