bad service at ocean basket vangate mall

<p>went to ocean basket vangate mall placed an order only to be told 20 min later that they were out of stock of an item.</p> <p>spoke to manager to compromise and said he can't do anything </p> <p>asked for owner and he refused to furnish me details </p> <p>told him I would email franchise head office he says no problem </p> <p>is think it was a language problem</p> <p>as it seemed strange with our high rate of unemployment all the workers at the front were foreigners. </p> <p>I hope ocean basket head office follows this complaint. </p> <p>disgusted...</p>
