Bad Service at Ocean Basket Alberton

The Ocean Basket restaurant in Alberton is the worst restaurant my dear elderly mother has ever experienced. On the 23th March 2022, she went in to buy a platter 2 meal but was given platter 1 meal after paying R300 for it she quickly realised the mistake whilst in the restaurant. She went back to ask for an exchange for her initial order and was asked by the cashier who served her for another payment of R400 without returning or deducting the initial R300, without realising it she paid the R400 on top of the R300 for a meal that costs R289. She went back a couple of days later to inform the restaurant manager of this but was told there are no cameras in the premises to prove this but she accurately identified the employees she dealt with and one them who was present on the second occassion acknowledged her story, she was told the other employee was on leave for a couple days. Fast forward to today, her complaint was rudely dismissed by the manager and both employees have denied her story. Shame on you Ocean Basket Alberton for mistreating and elderly lady with sound faculties.
