Bad Service and Poor Pricing

My Mom and I went to eat at the Ocean Basket at the Mall @ Reds, Centurion today (Sunday, 8 March 2015). After enjoying our fish we ordered two magnum chocolate milkshakes. I gave the order to the waiter, repeated the order and even pointed at the picture on the menu of the milkshake. After about half an hour the waiter brought us two hot chocolates. I explained to the waiter that that was not what I ordered and explained again what we wanted. After another half an hour he returned with the correct order. When the bill came we were charged R40 each for the magnum chocolate milkshakes (i.e. R80). I approached the Manager (i.e. Shaun Scholtz) and enquired about the charge and verified if the R40 charge was correct. He, with a big smile, assured me R40 each was the price for the magnum chocolate milkshakes. After taking my Mom home I popped into the Saxby Shopping Centre's Ocean Basket and enquired from them how much they charged for their magnum chocolate milkshakes - R29 each! I returned to Shaun Scholtz and he assured me that the amount of R40 each for the milkshakes was correct. Do the Ocean Baskets' prices differ so much or was I **********? Poor service, poor prices.
