Bad service and food Quality

Firstly we waited 5min at the door to be seated after being seated we waited 15mins for a waiter to attend to us whilst waiting I noticed that waiter went to tables that got seated after us. When ordering we asked the waiter to swop calamari heads for tubes we were told that we would pay the deference in pricing. The waiter left before we could tell him that we wanted Hake then we called another due to the fact that we couldnt find our waiter we told him to swop the line fish for hake. Our waiter then came back and told us that we would pay extra for the Hake we then questioned as to why because no other store has ever charged us extra he then called a manager, the manager came to the table very sweaty and his fingernails were black I was totally put off at eating there. the manager said we have to pay the extra price for the fish because it comes with line fish but the menu specify which fish comes with he eventually just gave the fish. When got the bill we charged the full top up price for calamari instead of the difference like we were told. The food wasnt up to standard either it was like everything was precooked and cajun spice was thrown on top. This is the Worst store ever!
