BAD SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE AT OCEAN BASKET

After having a bad experience a month ago at Ocean Basket (Brookes Hill, Port Elizabeth), where we waited one and a half hours for food, my friends to give it another try. I ordered a platter from Ocean Basket and when it came to the table,there was no squidheads on the platter. When the waiter asked Ocean Basket staff, it was then only communicated to us that we were given extra mussels (instead of squidheads) which was NOT the case. When I asked to speak to the manager, the waiter was all of a sudden sent to the table with extra mussels. The manager LATER came, when the food was cold, just to say that they decided to give us extra mussels as the restaurant was out of squidheads! Ocean Basket Manager should have informed the customers prior to sending out a platter without everything on it!<br> <br> BAD EXPERIENCE!
