bad service and bad food

Went to ocean basket to have a lovely family dinner sadly it turned out to be a horrible experience... we had to wait one and a half hours to get cold fish and uncooked chips.we brought it to the owners attention he did not even have the decincy to apologise for the delay he just stood there looking at me like I'm an idiot the people next to us complained about the fish being cold and not cooked as well seems like they just did not care today.
