Bad Service

No bread on the table on arrival, as the manager informed us that there was no bread as it was finished. No name given to us as who will be service us, this is after the manager came to ask us who is serving you. No cutlery given to us till we asked. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to take our order. We have to ask for glasses for our drinks. We have to ask for napkins / tissues / wipes for our table. The manager informed us that they were under staffed and the food might take 10 to 15 minutes.
