Bad service

I visited Ocean Basket in Westville and I ordered a milkshake which came with an insert and I had to send it back. Still shocked by that my food was also half cooked and cold as if it was from the freezer. I call the manager of which she was not of assistance.<br> <br> I had to pay for the Milkshake as well since they don't exchange things.<br> <br> The service was horrible
