bad service

Me and my partner arrived at Ocean basket on the 22nd November 2015 at 20:00.We waited to be served for 15 min, the table was not cleaned and the waitress came to give us menus and said she is goin to the restaurant next door she will be back. She came back and then asked for what we want to drink, I ordered their Mojo jar drink and savanna. She came with the drinks and I asked her were the pineapple showed on the poster is, she rudely said to me they sell alcohol and not pineapple n she will send her manager, she came and explained politely. So I asked tomato sauce from the manager at that time. The waiter came with a finished bottle of tomato sauce and just left it on the table. She never came to check on us but attending to tables next to us. There was no ash tray on the table when my partner asked she said she must have used the pan he was eating with, spilt water on him and did not apologies, we called her to order drinks she just walked away, we complained to the manager n ordered drinks from inside, she came with the drinks and told us because we ordered inside we must not ask her anything, that's when we left and refused to pay for the drink. Manager promise to sort it out.
