BAD SERVICE

I always go to ocean basket at carnival mall and always get the best service ever. But last night when my mom and went I regret that we even went there. We were buying take outs and were helped by the most rude girl ever. She was saying all sorts of things to us and made sure that we are the last people to receive our food simply because we asked her if she can give us the extra bread. We asked to speak to the manager and she was also rude to the manager, poor guy im sure he even gets a klap from her. I don't think she is an ideal person to be dealing with customers on a daily basis, she should be put somewhere else cleaning dishes if she cant handle customers. I have never felt so disgusted by the way she went on with her bad attitude as if she owns that ocean basket. I bet all her work mates are even scared of her because they were all keeping quiete while she was doing her performance. What a bad experience for my mom and I!!!
