Bad Service

On Sunday, 22/11/2015, a group of my friends and myself went to Ocean Basket Herm**** for lunch. In short, we were there for 4hours. Our drinks took 45minutes from ordering till it got to us. Cold lunch was served 2 hours after ordering, without any cutlery. The overall service was just pathetic. When paying, I overheard a gentleman also complaining about the service at the counter. Will most definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Was my first time there, and also my last.
