Bad service

Last night around 6:30 we went to Ocean Basket Randfontein. We ordered milkshakes for the children I asked for 1 to be placed in a takeaway cup for my 2 year old when we got the milkshake the waitress used a small takeaway cup and wanted to charge me full price the takeaway cup took about half of the milkshake in the glass. After this we ordered the food and was told that it would take 30min, 1h30min later we received the food no one came to us to apologise for the long wait let me just add that they were not busy at all. My husband ordered sushi and got bones in the fish, on top of the bones the sushi was very dry. We had to constantly repeat ourselves as the waitress forgot stuff. We got a dirty glass and raw fish on 2 of the platters for 1. When we asked for a manager the manager was only covering for the staff not doing anything about the problem. It felt like she didnt really care about the problems. We left after 9o'clock.
