Bad service

This is the third time I've received such bad service from this place. Their waitrons don't care about the customers, I've just be there for about 7min with my son , nobody came to offer us anything or just to greet us .we ended up leaving and went to John dorys which is a shame because my son loves Ocean basket its a pity their branch at carnival mall sucks big time
