Bad Service

I am not one to complain but the service at Kenilworth Centre was awfull. Being my 9th Anniversary, My wife and the kids decided to visit this one. Not only have we waited almost 40 minutes for our food, no one had the decency to explain the delay until we asked. The staff are just not interested. Our food eventually arrived, at this point my wife and i no longer had an appetite, the assistant waiter knocks over my beer, bearing in mind mistakes can be made, but to tell me it was not his fault. well, we ate some and left almost half of our food, paid and only then did the manager check in with us and believe me at that point I have had it. For my sake I ignored him completed the transaction and left.the R375 spent was just no worth it. I will never visit Kenilworth again thats forsure. Common sense could have prevented this disaster.
