Bad service

I arrived at Ocean Basket Grey Owl last night. On arriving there we had to wait several minutes for a waitor although the store was not busy. We had to ask the waiter for the standard bread which was given to all tables upon arrival. We then ordered a lemonade to share as well as a salad as a starter. We at the same time ordered our main meals. The main meals had arrived and the drinks and started had not. I asked the waiter where these were and he just seemed like he had completely forgotten about it. This is extremely terrible service. He then brought the lemonade with all the ice melted. I requested that he cancel the starter salad. The fish that I ordered was burnt and very crumbly. All round shocking service from a once ago very decent restaurant!
