Bad service

I ordered a platter 2 at Ocean Basket a take away. I was told I will not receive any sauces as they were for customers who ate at the restaurant and that was a disappointment as fish and prawns with no sauce are not nice it just does not live up to the experience of the Ocean Basket meal. I've bought from other branches around Pretoria they give the sauces is the owner of this branch so stingy that they do this cause I wouldn't want buy there again ever. The other thing it winter its flue season I get it but the waiters must practice hygiene the waiters who gave us our's nose was dripping if I was sitting down I would have been uncomfortable eating the food.
