Bad Service

I was utterly disappointed with the service I received from Ocean basket today. After many year of patronage this was the worst service I have received. We arrived at the restaurant at 5:30 on the 15/07/2015 I ordered a Paella (of the specials menu) I waited 50 minutes for my meal to arrive .We were told it is a difficult meal to prepare so there is a delay with my meal. After is arrived we where then told they are short staff because the staff were on late lunch. When it finally arrived at 6:20 the food was cold, we sent it back to be warmed up, when it arrived again after now waiting an 1 hour to have my meal I find a hair in my food . I left the restaurant without eating as I was disgusted and sorely disappointed .I hope this matter is addressed as this reflects badly on an otherwise good restaurant.
