Bad service

<p>I order sushi for 2 with 8 extra pieces from the Michells Plain branch, the sushi was disgusting and not well prepared, I complained and the manager delivered more which was a even worse quality. I complained again and the manager advised me they will collect it and refund me if we hold on to it. Saturday and Sunday went pass the manager advised she doesn't do work when she's at home, she advise me that there are other managers that I should have spoken to, now the sushi was in a fridge from Friday and it had to be thrown away, today I received a call from who I think is a ops manager, he was nice at first but when I called again he was very intimidating, threatening my uncles business and making accusations stating that I said I'm a lawyer, I studied law and a majority of my family are attorneys and advocates. I ever mentioned that even though he accused me of that, I have all the whatsapp chats, the fact that they provided bad quality goods, empty promises and threatened my family is enough to take legal action against ocean Barsket, he deliberately spoke over me trying to intimidate me </p>
