Bad Service

<p>I am a big ***** of ocean basket but I had the worst experience ever. Myself and my fiance went to Ocean basket on Saturday, 15 April for lunch. I was craving it all week and finally my fiance surprised me. We got there after 2 Saturday afternoon and as we got to the entrance nobody attended to us. We had to find our own table. We eventually went to sit at a table and waited 20 minutes for someone to attend to us after I called one of the waiters. We gave our drink order and asked for a platter for 2. After 30 minutes our drink order still never came and I got up and went to the waiter I placed the order with. The guy (black guy) told us that he gave the order to the waiter that is responsible for this section. But obviously that waiter never got our order or forgot. I asked to see the manager and the manager never came. Myself and my fiance got up and we left as we wasted almost an hour inside ocean basket with nobody attending to us or assisting us. I was completely angry as I was looking forward to have lunch. Im so disgusted in ocean basket for the terrible service received.</p>
