Bad Service

<p>Went to ocean basket on the water front on sunday passed 02/04/2017. A very nice waiter Tasneem helped our table. But the it came to the service of the food. it took over an hour for us to be served our food. people who came in after us were eating already. i then asked for the manger. who brushed us off a few time . them mangeradrian helped us & got our food. when the food came the butternut & spinach we order was very cold as it was dished straight out of the fridge. i then call the manager who again then brushed me off (mangers name carl) he was very arrogant . then again asked for a manager which adrian again came to help us . it was a very dissapointing experience as i felt the maanger carl could of handel the situation better as he had no managment s****s .</p>
