bad service

Good Day To whom it may concern I was out shopping at clearwater mall with my fiancee on 1/05/2016. when done shopping, my fiancee decided she wanted sushi and suggested the sushi bar opposite the ocean basket because of the bad service we recieved at ocean basket(clearwater) the last time we went there. After a long debate,I managed to convince her that we should go to our favorite resturant, which is ocean basket. We were sitted and offered our drinks. We ordered sushi as our starter and as usual it was great. we then decided to order platter for 2 with rice only but we got it with chips. The apologised and offered us rice and we were happy. As we about to enjoy our favorite meal the squirds on the plate didnt taste fresh and had a funny smell to it. They were raw and that put us off the meal. We then returned the food and asked for the bill but we were told the platter is already made and it will be returned to us, which we didnt ask for that. Im really not happy with the level of service and quality of food we got. Please look into this and provide feedback as I said we enjoy ocean baskets food but the service we getting is up to par.
