Bad service

On the 30 April my family and I decided to eat at Ocean Basket at the Vacation Club in the Sun City resort. Firstly I called to make a booking and the number on the pamplet had not been updated so I was not able to make a booking. After a short wait the resturant was able to accomodate us but our food order took over 1 hour to arrive with errors made on 1 order, the manager took the incorrect order back and only returned 20 mins later with the meal which was still not up to the osean basket standard that we are used to. This was the longest wait for food I have ever recieved at a Ocean basket and I will not reccomend this branch to anyone.
